I would like to preface this by saying that I’m 17 years old and my age is important here because I have never decided to review a place, especially on google, wether it be good or bad, as I’ve always assumed it was something for a bitter old person to do but my experience here was so horrifying that I feel the need to warn any potential patients. I had an appointment scheduled a month in advance for May 22nd and then received a call saying the doctor won’t be here until June 5th?? So despite it being extremely inconvenient for me, especially with my drivers test coming up soon, I accepted their opening for May 15th to extract my wisdom teeth. I went over there at around 1:45 or so for my 2:00 appointment, immediately did not like the place because the exterior was run down but I knew I couldn’t back out of this because of how much pain my wisdom teeth were causing. Now I saw the packed waiting room and didn’t pay it too much mind, which in hindsight was a major mistake as I had to wait not one, not two, but nearly FOUR hours to have my extraction done. They scheduled me for 1:30 and it is currently 3. I told them last week I had an emergency I genuinely could not open my mouth, was crying and my cheek was extremely swollen and the earliest they could see me was a week later. A man just walked in with a emergency and was seen immediately, I have had an emergency for a week and have been waiting an hour and a half. Other people in the office had been waiting for longer. I am extremely irritated.

My daughter had a 10am appointment for a consult. We got there around 940 as it's important to be prompt for appointments. I approached the receptionist to ask when my daughter's would be seen she said one and a half hours to two. So very unprofessional. Outside of building looks run down....inside was dirty. Save yourself time and a headache do not go to this practice. We walked out

Their staff is terrific. I was hesitant to go because I haven't been to the dentist since before we all had to wear masks. However, I now feel that I am in good hands regarding the extensive amount of dental work I need performed. Actually, I'm looking forward to going back to begin the restoration of my oral health.

If I could give a zero I absolutely would. I had an appointment scheduled for months in advance - had to call to confirm myself as no one reached out. They said that the doctor will now not be in that week and they made their calls to reschedule - did not receive one form of outreach. Horrible practices and do not recommend. If anyone has elsewhere they can recommend - that would be great! Avoid this place. I never write reviews, but this is outrageous and unacceptable.
